Company data vandalism prior to dismissal reversed
A disgruntled staff member in a client office purged and vandalised critical company data during their redundancy proceedings.
Before offboarding was even requested, the user claimed to have deleted key working files, some of which were tied to SLAs imposed by the client's own customers.
The call to Jinba was answered first ring, the files changes mapped within 15 minutes and the tried and true backup collection restored from the previous night's run.
24/7 SOC
Weekend cybersecurity incident remediated within 8 minutes
On a Saturday night around 11PM, a managed user fell victim to a sophisticated confidence scam and their account was compromised as a result.
Inside of 8 minutes, Jinba's cybersecurity systems performed heuristics analysis and stopped malicious proliferation by isolating the account.
Come Monday morning, the user was contacted, the attack story explained and their access restored before 9AM.

A Not-For-Profit came to us with a tired and overcomplicated Azure environment sprinkled with commission-based add-ons. It was so heavily layered, not even the technicians who put it in place could properly support it anymore.
Within 6 months, Jinba audited the connection trails, documented authentication gates and completed a successful pilot of a new zero-touch split tunnel to side-step multiple virtual servers sitting in front of the managed application's origin.

PC hardware standardisation for a 50-seat law firm
Sick of chasing individual PC specs and warranty concerns for their existing fleet, the partners came to Jinba for a solution. Balancing budget with performance, 50x business-grade laptop PCs (and matching peripherals) were expertly enrolled into the tenant and white-gloved for each user using Autopilot.
Over a few days, Jinba attended the office with batches of new PCs, docks and cabling, swapping in new devices with user desktops pre-synced ensuring effectively zero disruption.
